SATURDAY STEAMBOAT
Meeting up with ahGer in town for a lil shopping at 5:30pm. Far East Plaza for a quick shopping. Stopped by a newly-open shoe boutique for their heels. They sell it cheap. Ranging from light-weight slippers to covered-shoes to wedges to heels. Bought a pair each for ourselves. In the midst, Jimmy kept bombarding us with his calls. Kept hurrying us which make us not really enjoying our shopping. Left for Suntec soon just after we got our heels.

Jimmy & his fren were already at CHONG QING HOT POT RESTAURANT waiting for us. When we reached, they have already began their session. Fren left because he has something urgent to attend to. Jimmy started his second round with us. Saw Charmaine & Nas & Sharon & Nizam. But Im left unnoticable. Not long, Charmaine realise my existence. She walked towards me. F.I.N.A.L.L.Y! Had our steamboat till we are approached to foot the bill. It bills up to $150.

They have a variety of food. Complimentary dishes too. End with desserts of your choice. The restaurant do have nice plates. Serving nice food too.. Actually it depends how you cook. Uncook food are everywhere.

This dish is tough to get it done. You must possess the professional skill to cook this piece of fish paste. Look at how ahger gets it done. Can see her wobbly hands, trying not to scald herself and at the same time hoping to get that piece of fish paste off the plate. It took her about 5min to get the tiny pieces of her creation into the pot. The waiter does it fantastically. Less den a min, 2 piece went it. Clap! Clap!

Fren came to join us after dinner at PACIFIC COFFEE. Its going midnight. He drove us all home, from tampines to jurong.
